Bio: Darrel was born in Sedalia, Missouri, 45 minutes outside of Kansas City. There, he developed a penchant for law and order as his father was a disgraced local police sergeant and part time bounty hunter. During high school, Darrell was a member of the junior ROTC, and later joined the military, enlisting in the Marines. After 26 days of active duty, he was dishonorably discharged for drunkenly assaulting a busboy at a local steakhouse. Darrel has been sober on and off for nearly 50 years. After spending decades in long haul trucking, part-time mall security and waste management, Darrel served a 47 month prison stint for a second felony ‘road rage’ conviction. Upon parole, Darrel began working as a golf course marshal in the summer of 2016, where he laid out a 15-year roadmap to combat lawlessness and enforce decorum on club grounds, resulting in one of the Midwest’s most notoriously civil semi-private golf courses.
